Prattsburgh Central School District

 Landscaping and Mowing

 

The Prattsburgh Central School District invites interested contractors to submit proposals for outside maintenance for the periods of April 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025 and April 1, 2026 through November 30, 2026. Specifications consist of mowing lawns and athletic fields, weeding, pruning, trimming, bushwhacking, and mulching.  Both the main building site and the agriculture center site are included. A valid certificate of insurance, listing of applicable equipment, and a reference list are required.

A meeting for interested contractors will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 1:00 pm in the District Business Office.

 

All proposals must be received at the address above by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, February 6, 2025.  Proposals will be opened and recorded by the District Clerk at that time. The acceptable bid will be the bid determined to be in the best interest of the School District.
